Gameplay and features
The opening takes time before free movement begins. The first room conversation leads through a scripted walk to another part of the building. After that dialogue ends, you can move back and forth through the rooms and open a four-option command window.
This edition
The collection entry is labelled Japan for NES. Its title, opening story text and command window display Japanese.
How to start
Choose an empty area for a new game and let the opening story finish. Advance the room conversation with A. Once you have control, try moving down and then back up, or open the command window with A and return with B.
Verified controls
Use the arrow keys for movement and menu selection. X sends A to advance dialogue or open and confirm commands; Z sends B to close a menu. Enter sends Start. On a touch screen, use the on-screen directions and A/B buttons. The player also provides Pause and a confirmed Restart.
